This project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of 3.0 km of precast concrete boundary walls for Vaishnavi Life & Chanakya University, completed within a 4-month construction timeline.
Using precast technology, the boundary system was manufactured off-site to ensure consistent quality, faster execution, and minimal on-site disruption. Large-format panels were cast with structural strength and integrated with robust foundations and modular connections, enabling quick crane-assisted installation and improved productivity.
The walls feature clean architectural finishes with decorative geometric detailing, providing both security and visual appeal while maintaining durability and low maintenance.
This project highlights the advantages of precast construction — speed, precision, scalability, and cost efficiency — making it an ideal solution for large campus infrastructure.
