The Hubballi Durable Goods Cluster project involved large-scale precast structural execution for Aequs Infra (CCPL), covering multiple industrial warehouse units. The scope included precast columns, grade beams, and foundation systems engineered for high-load warehouse applications.
Unit 4 (1.47 lakh sq.ft.) has been completed, with Units 5–8 under phased execution, collectively contributing to a multi-unit industrial rollout. Factory-cast precast elements ensured dimensional accuracy, faster installation, and reduced on-site variability.
Delivered within a 6-month structural timeline, the project demonstrates scalable precast deployment for large-format industrial infrastructure with speed, precision, and execution efficiency.
