The K100 Citizens Waterway project involved the execution of precast box culverts for Bridge 2 and Bridge 9, undertaken for BBMP in association with Kalyan Infra. Designed to enhance urban stormwater management and ensure uninterrupted water flow, the structures were engineered for strength, durability, and rapid deployment in constrained urban conditions.
The precast elements were manufactured and installed within an accelerated timeline of 1 month, demonstrating efficient planning, precise handling, and safe installation practices. The project plays a critical role in improving flood resilience and drainage efficiency as part of Bengaluru’s K100 urban waterway infrastructure.
